As flames rush down hill toward her house, a woman screams for her remaining family members to evacuate during the School Canyon Fire in Ventura, Calif., on November 18th, 2005. The fire, which started on School Canyon Road at 3:00 am, quickly spread by daylight hours, and threatened neighborhoods by 6:30 am.

Missouri State Highway Patrol officers arrest MU freshman Kurt Krieger on suspicion of trespassing at Faurot Field on Saturday October 21, 2005. MU students and fans rushed the field and tore down two goalposts following the Tigers 41-24 win against the Nebraska Cornhuskers. MU police said at least 20 people were arrested following the game.
