    A Christian church service is held inside the leprosy colony in Khammam, India drawing about 12 people a week. Krishna Durgamma, who suffers from leprosy, sits during the service as another person reads the Bible. Indians consider lepers the bottom rung of society.

    'Sucker-Punch'
    “I got sucker-punched by a nigger with brass knuckles,� Jesse (last name withheld)explained, showing his six missing teeth. “I made it 33 years without this kind of shit.� The cause of the fight changes a little every time it is told. Jesse says he will be pressing charges against the man in an attempt to get money to have his teeth replaced. His daughter Lacey, 4, came to the window and pulled the curtains aside to watch her daddy. Jesse is a loving father, but traces of his own troubled childhood frequently come through in his parenting; usually in the form of aggressive corporal punishment.

    Bob Miller, of Concord, N.H., has his eyebrow trimmed by Lindsay Clukay at The American Barber Studios in downtown Concord. Miller has been getting his haircut there for 20 years. Miller commented that his bushy eyebrows add character.
