Anarchy at the DNC - Hanging On - A protester who would not provide his name hangs on the fence surrounding the designated free speech zone outside the Pepsi Center. The cage was open 24 hours a day but was located more than 700 feet from the front doors of the Pepsi Center. Few protesters used the cage, whih was surrounded by police.
