It is the most dangerous city in USA, with an average 1 murder each day. One in every 55 person is homeless, and there are more than 35.000 empty abandoned houses and buildings left. Still, people live there in the empty neighborhoods - and some take advantage of the many empty houses and buildings, or find other ways to live.
