Every year, the youth welfare offices in Germany get almost 40,000 children out of the families, because their parents abuse them, neglecting them. Because they are overwhelmed. Most children return. Tim is one of them. He is 11, lives in Thuringia and is pretty much alone. His mother does not want to see him anymore and brings him to childrens psychiatry. His dad picks him up but has no time for him.
