March 19th 2008: What started out as a peaceful protest in Washington D.C. by a couple hundred mebers of SDS turned into a show of force by the DCPD. They statrted encircling protestors, squeezing them in, pushing many to the ground and in this case grabbing an officer grabbed a young lady twirled her around his body and threw her to the ground. In her hand is a plastic water bottle. She had been peacefully exercising her right to protest when this occured.
