Cindy Pelc, otherwise known as Crystal the Clown to children ion the western N.Y. region, waits for customers to entertain with her repertoire of balloon animals, face painting and magic tricks, on September 2, 2008, in Rochester’s Cheeburger Cheeburger restaurant. Pelc and her husband have been professional entertainers, primarily clowns, for over 20 years.
