At the 100th anniversary of the armenian genocide, Armenians from all over the world gather at Zizernakaberd, the Genocide Memorial. The 24th of April is considered the starting date of the Ottoman´s systematic extermination of the armenian minority. The total number of people that have been killed or died on the dead marches are estimatet at between 800,000 and 1,5 million. The turkish government still denies the term "genocide" and the number of dead people.
