A body of work that demonstrates versatility, expertise and depth and showcases a photographer's vision.
Josie Fitzsimmons (18) and Haylee Stroud (20). Josie is a first-year nursing student, raised three hours from Grand Junction in the small town of Gypsum. Or, as she puts it, “just down the road.” She describes herself as a homebody who prefers life on the ranch. She’s only traveled abroad once - when she and some high school friends crossed the border into Mexico. But after just two days, she’d seen enough and missed home. Haylee is from Twin Falls in Idaho and teases Josie for being an extreme “ranchie,” mostly because of the massive pickup truck she drives and her six-horse trailer. Despite being two years older than Josie, Haylee is her best friend.
