Glenn Buechlein, a power lifter from Jasper, uses traditional and improvised machinery and props to train in his basement gym. In chain push-ups, friends load 20-pound links of chain onto Buechlein's back, up to 200 pounds, one at a time between reps, and then remove them until the set is finished.
