"She is one of my most stubborn residents I've had in my 20 years of care," Westfall said. "This whole group actually is the worst off I've had in years. Most of the time, I get residents who use walkers and a few in wheelchairs. I have 10 residents, and only two don't use wheelchairs. Needless to say, it's a bit more time-involved."
