Resident Wanda Turnwald uses a walker to help stabilize her walking down the hallway toward the dinner table where resident and friend Margaret Cutting sits and waits for food to be delivered to the table. Of the ten women who live at Westfall Adult Foster Care Inc., eight are wheelchair-bound and only two can walk independently, but each has to use a walker. "This is the most residents in wheelchairs we have ever had," Westfall said. "It makes it quite difficult and more time-consuming when you have to gather everyone or bath them because you have to lift them, move them and bring them everywhere. Most of these women aren't strong enough to move their own wheelchairs."
