Volunteers on boats deliver water to people left in the flood zone in Orsk, Orenburgskaya oblast, on April 9, 2024. After the dam broke in the flooded part of the city, many people were left cut off from land. Volunteers rescued the remaining people and delivered drinking water to those who decided to stay at home on the second floors. Some people stayed to guard houses from looters. Flooded cars remained on the streets; the only form of transport now is boats.
