Weaver lives several doors down from the Blair's in Cave land Motel in Cave City, Ky. Weaver's mother was under investigation by the welfare office for neglect and drug use. The results of Cassie Weaver's drug test came back negative and she was released from police custody. "I don't get attached to other people's kids that often but when I thought they might be taking Cassie away it broke my heart" Sand Blair said.
