Bob Blair has been living in motels with his family of five ever since he can remember. He has been smoking since he was a kid and now has chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and has to take breathing treatments. Despite his disease, Blair continues to smoke. " I have to take these breathing treatments to open up my lungs, so I can smoke" Blaire said.
