"I can't take it anymore, I'm tired" - such words can often be heard from Lia. Sometimes tears come out of her eyes. Her health has deteriorated in recent years and she has had periodic nervous breakdowns. Lia needs help, but it is difficult to find workers and volunteers. She doesn’t have time to look for funds to maintain the shelter and donations are fickle and insufficient. Lia sometimes says that she is afraid of what will happen to her dogs.
