The northern most point of Lesbos. Turkey is visible in the horizon. Despite the short distance, it is not possible to see the boats until they are fairly close to the shore because they can be hidden behind the waves at sea. The coast line is so rugged at this place that many boats capsizes when they reach the shore here.
