Patrick Wood of Francisco, IN was driving north on Natcher Parkway, when a blown tire caused his semi to nose dive into the ditch between the northbound and southbound lanes near the Nashville Road exit. “I was stuck under the steering wheel,” said Wood as he was attended to by a fire fighter.
