Morgan Leigh and Nicole Burian watch Jas Walker-Williams and others dance at the Hollywood Party at the VFW on the east side of Iowa City. They were few of the only white kids at the party. MinoritiesÕ account for sixteen percent of IowaÕs student population, which is more than a ten percent growth in the last two decades.
