Aurthur (LeShawn) McGee meets the horse he'll be learning to ride at Centaur Stables as part of program called Urban Dreams. The program, which was geared towards teaching under privileged kids who are in the juvenile court system how to ride horses, only lasted a few weeks before the funding ran out.
