Clayton Steward is a second-year graduate student studying photojournalism at the University of Missouri. Growing up on a small farm near Montrose, Missouri, he graduated from the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas with a degree in Digital Communications with a Journalism emphasis and a minor in Pastoral Ministry. This is his first year as a co-lead student coordinator for CPOY, having previously worked on the web team for CPOY 77 and working as a student coordinator for POY 80. He has previously worked as a staff photographer with the Columbia Missourian and as a reporting and photography intern for his hometown newspaper, the Clinton Daily Democrat, as well as experience with several non-profits as a photography/media intern.
